Repairs

I always strive to create items that are built to last. However, if you encounter a problem, such as yarn falling apart, please contact me ASAP. I would be happy to repair it for you at no cost. Just send me some photos first to help me understand the issue. 

Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact me immediately if it is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that if any items are PURPOSELY broken or altered, I CANNOT OFFER FREE REPAIRS, as it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CARE for your items once they have been sent out. Repairs start at $50 fee.
